Questions and answers

Does it work with my phone?
The Phone Ring works magnetically with all MagSafe cases and MagSafe-compatible phones (iPhone 12 and later). For other phones or cases, 3M adhesive is included for permanent mounting.

Can I charge wirelessly with the ring on?
For optimal wireless charging, we recommend magnetically removing the ring during charging (takes 1 second). MagSafe chargers work directly through the ring as the magnet attaches just as seamlessly.

Will the ring damage my phone or case?
No. Magnetic mounting is completely safe and leaves no marks. If you use 3M adhesive, it can be removed with heat and will not cause damage if done carefully.

How strong is the magnet?
We use an N52-grade magnet which is stronger than standard MagSafe—the ring stays securely even during movement, but can still be removed with a simple hand motion.

Will the design fade?
No. We use UV high-resolution printing in 8K quality that retains its sharpness and color even after prolonged use.
