All our products are manufactured and shipped from a factory in Litauen.
Our phone cases are usually printed and shipped the same day, but depending on where you live in europe, delivery time takes between 2-9 days.
We apply unit shipping for delivery with Postnord (within the country) to your postal agent, which means that you pay a fixed shipping fee of SEK 39 for trackable standard shipping regardless of how much or little you buy and SEK 69 for express shipping.
If you shop for more than 800 SEK, we offer standard shipping (39 SEK).
Over 1200 SEK we offer express shipping (69 SEK).

When you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 12-48 hours, where you can follow your order from manufacturing until it is sent to your mailbox.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Manufacturing time is 1-2 days
Delivery time is 4-10 days.
Total 5-12 days from order.
If your order has already been processed, we often don't have time to cancel it, so we have to make sure to return it upon delivery.

Complaint
All products you buy from Roar Sweden AB must be of the highest quality. If your product was unexpectedly defective when you received it, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the defect is noticed.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must report a fault within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Faults that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time, i.e. 2 months, count as complaints. The defect must be original, i.e. a production error. Normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not a complaint. If you want to start a complaint, please send a picture and description of the defect to info@roarsweden.se
Each claim is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-45 banking days before you see your refund in your account. Unapproved complaints are returned to the sender.
