These terms of purchase apply when you shop at RoarSweden.se and enter into an agreement with Roar Sweden AB (559204-0868). By making a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions.

All prices on the website are stated in SEK including VAT unless otherwise specified.

Roar Sweden reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any inaccuracies on the website.
Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden and internationally.
Normal delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary depending on the country, carrier, and high demand during campaign periods.
In the event of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act from the date you received your order.
The product must be returned in unused and original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
To initiate a return or complaint, please contact our customer service before returning the product.
Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and order number, and we will assist you further.
We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
