Terms of purchase
1. General terms and conditions
Roarsweden.se applies both the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian. Read more about how this law protects you as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency.se .
2. Order
We only accept orders through our webshop, www.roarsweden.se .
Incoming orders are responded to with a written order confirmation via email.
3. Prices
All prices are listed including VAT and in Swedish kronor. You will see the total amount to pay at checkout.

Klarna payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods. The terms and conditions for pay within 30 days can be found here .
- Account: Klarna Account is a credit facility provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay for their purchases in monthly installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the checkout. - Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: is based on direct debit and your account is debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the item has been shipped. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
- Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

3D Secure
We use 3D Secure, a security solution developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments in online shopping, this means that in addition to their card details, the customer must also confirm the purchase with some other verification. The transfer of money is done with SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.
5. Delivery time
Delivery takes place within From Amsterdam to Sweden with DHL where Postnord makes the final delivery.
Our products are manufactured directly upon order, the total time to get your product to your mailbox is 7-14 days.
Orders received on weekdays before 12:00 are processed the same day, the manufacturing time is normally 1-2 days. Normally, the delivery time after manufacturing is 4-7 days if you live in southern Sweden. Otherwise, the delivery time is 7-12 days for northern Sweden.
We always do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Pick-up warehouse
We currently have no pick-up warehouse.
6. Delivery delay
If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that it may take up to 14 days to receive your product as these are handmade.
7. Shipping
Shipping of 29 SEK including VAT is added to all orders. Free shipping on purchases over 699 SEK.
8. Warranty
Warranties on the products are set by manufacturers and suppliers but we of course follow the Consumer Purchase Act where complaints within 6 months from the date of purchase apply. We of course want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase which is why we encourage you to contact us if any problem with the product arises and we will solve it.
9. Right of withdrawal
Roarsweden.se applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods and that you should return the goods within 30 days of the notified right of withdrawal. The goods must be returned in an unchanged condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. If these requirements are not met, we have the right to make a deduction due to the decrease in value of the goods (the customer will be notified of this).

You are only responsible for the return cost that is already on you if you have returned the entire order, if the package is partially returned you are responsible for both round-trip and return shipping (39 SEK + return) which is charged to you when the return is registered. As soon as we have received the goods back, you will be refunded in the same way you paid.
If you choose to send the products back on your own/with your own shipping label, this must be done using the "Parcel" service at Postnord, otherwise there is a risk that the package will end up with the agent, unfortunately we are unable to pick up these packages.
The form above is not required for returns/right of withdrawal, but can be used when the consumer wants to cancel an agreement, according to the rules in the Act on Distance Agreements and Agreements Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005:59).

10. Refund
In the event of a refund, the order amount will be returned within 30 working days using the same payment method as the purchase. If the entire order is returned, the consumer is only responsible for return shipping, in the event of a partial return, the consumer will be charged for both round-trip and return shipping.
If the refund is made in another way, we will contact the consumer to actively approve it.
10. Complaints
The consumer has a 36-month right of complaint under the Consumer Sales Act. 2 months is always considered a reasonable time for notification. The consumer shall be compensated for any shipping costs and other costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as gasoline costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like.

11. Unclaimed packages
If for any reason you do not redeem your package, you will be charged the shipping and handling costs. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee, currently 200 SEK including VAT. The fee is charged in arrears.
12. Security
Personal data is protected from external intrusion and handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).
Roarsweden.se guarantees to never disclose your personal information or email address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, such as the police, prosecutors or similar requesting information.
13. Reservation
Roarsweden.se reserves the right to make any inaccuracies in the content and price list on the website.
14. Cookies
Roar Sweden AB uses cookies. Cookies contain information that we use to improve the website and to be able to give our visitors the best service and experience possible.
If you want to make a purchase on our website, you are required to accept cookies from us.
