These terms of purchase apply when you shop at RoarSweden.se and enter into an agreement with Roar Sweden AB (559204-0868). By completing a purchase, you accept our terms.

All prices on the website are stated in SEK including VAT unless otherwise specified.
We offer secure payments via our payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Roar Sweden reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any inaccuracies on the website.
Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden and internationally.
Normal delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary depending on the country, carrier, and high demand during campaign periods.
In case of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act from the date you received your order.
The product must be returned in unused and original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
To initiate a return or complaint, please contact our customer service before the product is sent back.
Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and order number, and we will help you further.
We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
