Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting the day after you receive the goods. Notify us within this period using our contact form, by emailing info@roarsweden.se or using the standard withdrawal form.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping costs, provided you were informed of this before purchasing.

You may inspect the goods to establish their characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value as permitted by law. Original packaging is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. Refunds are made within 14 days of your notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise at no cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Your withdrawal notification does not require our approval.

These updated return terms apply to purchases after publication on 21 October 2026. Purchases made before the update retain the terms promised when purchased, including any 30-day return period. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Returns from other countries are sent to Sweden. Direct return costs are payable by you when withdrawing, provided you were informed before purchasing. This does not apply to costs associated with a valid faulty-goods claim.
