Purchase Terms and Conditions


1. General Terms
Roarsweden.se applies both the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years old, or have parental consent. Learn more about how this law protects you as a consumer at Konsumentverket.se.

2. Ordering

We only accept orders through our webshop, www.roarsweden.se.

Incoming orders will be responded to with a written order confirmation via email.

3. Prices

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and in Swedish Kronor. You will see the total amount to be paid at the checkout.

4. Payment

Pay Direct: Automatic debit from your bank account: based on direct debit, your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the item has been shipped. The terms for using direct debit can be found here.
Bank Transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order has been placed.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery is made within EU by DHL.

Our products are manufactured directly upon order placement, and the total time to receive your product in your mailbox is 1-14 days. (Depending on where in Europe you are seated.)

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are processed on the same day.

We always do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Pickup Location

Currently, we do not have a pickup location.

6. Delivery Delay

If there is a delivery delay for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to receive your product as these are handcrafted.

7. Shipping

A shipping fee of 3.9 Euro including VAT is added to all orders. Free shipping for purchases over 69 Euro.

8. Warranty

Warranties on products are provided by manufacturers and suppliers, but we naturally follow the Consumer Sales Act, which covers complaints within 6 months from the date of purchase. We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, which is why we encourage you to contact us if any issues arise with the product so that we can resolve them.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Roarsweden.se applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that as a customer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date the item is received, and you should return the item within 30 days from the notification of the right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in an unchanged condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. If these requirements are not met, we have the right to deduct from the value of the item (the customer will be notified of this).

We ask that you contact us before returning the product. Contact us by emailing info@roarsweden.com.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is already on you if you return the entire order. If the package is partially returned, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs (3.9 euro + return shipping), which will be charged when the return is registered. As soon as we receive the item, you will be refunded in the same way you made the payment.

If you choose to return products on your own with your own shipping label, this must be done using the "Parcel" service from Postnord, as otherwise, there is a risk that the package will be left with the agent, and we unfortunately cannot pick up such packages.

The above form is not required for returns or right of withdrawal but can be used when the consumer wishes to cancel an agreement, as per the rules of the Distance Contracts Act and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005:59).

10. Refund

In the case of a refund, the order amount will be returned within 30 working days using the same payment method as the purchase. If the entire order is returned, the consumer is only responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is partial, the consumer will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping costs.

If a refund is made in a different way, we will contact the consumer to actively approve it.

10. Complaint

The consumer has a 36-month warranty according to the Consumer Sales Act. 2 months are always considered a reasonable time for notification. The consumer shall be reimbursed for any shipping costs and other expenses incurred in connection with the complaint, such as gasoline costs, parking costs, telephone costs, and the like.

11. Unclaimed Packages

If, for any reason, you do not

claim your package, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and our handling fee. Unclaimed packages are subject to a fee, currently 20 euro including VAT. The fee will be charged afterwards.

12. Security

Personal information is protected from external intrusion and handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).

Roarsweden.se guarantees that your personal information and email address will never be disclosed to a third party unless specific reasons exist, such as a request from the police, prosecutor, or similar authorities.

13. Reservation

Roarsweden.com reserves the right to make corrections to content and price lists on the website.

14. Cookies

Roar Sweden AB uses cookies. Cookies contain information that we use to improve the website and provide our visitors with the best possible service and experience.

If you want to make a purchase on our website, it is necessary to accept cookies from us. Cookies come in different categories, and permanent cookies are a small file that your computer, mobile, or similar device receives when you visit our website.
