Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Delivery time

Orders received on weekdays before 12:00 are processed the same day. The manufacturing time is 1-2 days. Normally, the delivery time is 6-14 working days (these remain in the terminal during weekends, so it depends entirely on which day you order). During holidays and public holidays, unfortunately the mobile phone cases may be delayed for a few days.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to your email when the purchase has been completed. There you will find information regarding the delivery address, contact person, as well as a list of all products in the order and the final cost. If there are problems with an order, you are welcome to email us at info@roarsweden.se, you can also chat with us when the chat is open.

If you choose to email, you can write your order number in the subject line so it is faster for us to find your order in the system.

Shipping options

At checkout you have 2 options at the moment, it is delivered from Holland, delivery in Sweden is via Postnord.

Standard Shipping (Trackable 7-14 days)

When choosing Standard Shipping 7-14 days, shipping of SEK 29 will be added, free shipping for purchases over SEK 699.

Express shipping (Trackable 3-7 days)

When choosing Express Shipping 3-7 days, shipping of SEK 69 will be added, free shipping for purchases over SEK 999.

Collection

We currently do not offer pick-up.


Payment

Payment can be made via bank/credit card, direct payment, Swish, invoice or partial payment.

Invoicing is via Klarna, read more about terms and conditions under the "Payment methods" tab.

  • Bank/credit card
    We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge.

Return

When returning, please contact our customer service at info@roarsweden.se so we can handle your return as soon as possible.

Changes

We currently do not offer exchanges, you must return your item to receive a full refund and then place a new order with your new product.
