SHIPMENT, DELIVERY, AND RETURN

Delivery Time

Delivery is from the Netherlands via DHL.

Our products are made to order, and the total time it takes to receive your product in your mailbox is 2-14 days, depending on the country you are in.

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are processed the same day, with the manufacturing time normally being 1-3 days. Normally, the delivery time after manufacturing depends on where you live:

Austria 2 - 4 days
Belgium 2 - 4 days
France 3 - 5 days
Germany 2 - 4 days
Ireland 4 - 6 days
Italy 5 - 7 days
Luxembourg 3 - 5 days
Netherlands 1 - 2 days
Spain 4 - 6 days
Rest of European Union 5 - 10 days

We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to your email once the purchase is completed. There you will find information regarding the delivery address, contact person, and a list of all products in the order and the final cost. If there are any problems with an order, you are very welcome to email us at info@roarsweden.com, it is also fine to chat with us when the chat is open.

If you choose to email us, you can write your order number in the subject line for faster processing of your order in the system.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you currently have only one option, which is DHL tracked mail.

Free shipping over 69 euros.

Pickup

We do not currently offer pickup.

Payment can be made via bank/credit card, direct payment, invoice, or installment payment.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge.

RETURN
For returns, please contact our customer service at info@roarsweden.com so we can handle your return as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges, you must return your item for a full refund and then place a new order with your new product.
